Do you repair all printer brands?
We service HP, Canon, Brother and Samsung laser, inkjet and multifunction printers. If yours is a different make, call us — we'll tell you straight whether we can help.
Can you come to our office?
Yes. Our Laser Printer Diagnostic and Repair Callout is an on-site visit anywhere in Johannesburg. We diagnose on the spot and give you a repair quote before any work begins.
Are your toner and ink cartridges genuine?
Every cartridge we stock is genuine and matched to the specific printer models listed on each product. That's what keeps your warranty intact and your prints clean.
What are your opening hours?
We're open Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00, and Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00. Sundays we're closed.
How do I know which cartridge fits my printer?
Each product lists the exact printer models it fits. If you're not sure, send us a message with your printer's model number and we'll point you to the right one.
